Chiorino UK Acquires Prelude Belting Ltd

Chiorino UK is delighted to announce the acquisition of Prelude Belting Ltd in Bourne.

Prelude Belting is a comprehensive conveyor belt and conveyor accessories supplier, serving the south Lincolnshire region. For over two decades, Prelude Belting Ltd has been an authorised distributor of our belting products, making this new venture even more exciting! As part of the acquisition, all directors and staff will remain at Prelude Belting Limited, allowing us to continue business as usual.

With our headquarters in Glasshoughton and branches in Newcastle, Birmingham & Derbyshire, the addition of the Bourne site will further enhance our service to you, with our added presence in Northamptonshire, Peterborough and the surrounding areas. Additionally, this means an increased site service team for Chiorino UK, along with a fully stocked and equipped facility.

Speaking about the acquisition, Chiorino Managing Director Phil Biggin said: “We are very excited to announce the purchase of Prelude Belting Limited, as part of our continued expansion of Chiorino UK.
