Chiorino Awarded a Certificate at the IBIE Baking Show

We are so proud to announce that our HP Compact Drive belts have qualified for the B.E.S.T in baking programme at the recent IBIE baking show in Las Vegas.

The IBIE is the International Baking Industry Exposition, this year it brought together more than 23,000 exhibitors in what could be the world’s largest expo for the grain based food industry.

The B.E.S.T in baking awards are geared towards those that show a commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices. This can come in the form of manufacturing processes, or by the effectiveness of the product; reducing waste and increasing efficiency.

Chiorino’s HP Compact Drive belts qualified for the programme as they were recognised as being incredibly efficient and hardwearing. By being so efficient they reduce the amount of waste that is created, and by being hardwearing they can be washed many more times than other belts before needing to be replaced. Again, reducing waste and cost.
